You can take 2 pills morning and 2 pills in the evening of Giloy. It is advised to take them with Water or Manuka Honey. You can take it as long as you can, but if you are to use it in the long run, 1 tab morning and 1 in the evening is enough. Initially take 2-2 pills morning and evening and then after two months reduce it with 1-1 pills.
If used in the recommended dose, Giloy does not cause any side effects.
Can’t expect a better immune supporter than this. Used two months and it has gradually helped me fight with Herpes lesion. They also claim it to be an effective antidote against the CORONA VIRUS too. Hoping that it will work for this too.
